Workshop program
Between sculpture and architecture, children play with shadows and light, volumes and shapes, reflections and transparencies to design the monument, square or street of their dreams. A fun way to discover the art of composition and staging. A constructive workshop who calls for the collective to obtain the hoped-for photograph.
TUESDAYS : EXPLORATION NOTEBOOK
On your marks, get set! Embark on an imaginary journey to Australia! Like little explorers in the making, the children scour the city with the festival's mediation team, in search of photographs and unexpected places. The children collect, photograph and assemble images and elements to create their own travel log. It's a time of discovery, a chance to open up to other cultures, and a fun way to try out a few layout principles.
WEDNESDAYS : IN ALL SENSES
In a photo studio, the children use colorful lighting, a variety of accessories and a camera to create their own images. They discover that photography isn't just a matter of looking, and that all our senses come in handy when it comes to creativity! How can a smell, a taste, a sound or a texture make a photograph? The answers are to be found in this playful workshop, which allows us to fill up on sensations.
THURSDAYS : FIND ME IF YOU CAN
In this photographic hide-and-seek, children use visual effects, tricks and various camouflage techniques to appear in new forms. It is an opportunity to play with our surroundings, with nature, materials and light, but also with our own perception. It's a time for imagination and manipulation, literally and figuratively!
This workshop takes children on a journey through time by creating a short stop-motion animated film. Exploring images from the past, present and even the future, they create a little scene where everything intertwines, responds and surprises us. A fun, collective exercise to understand and enjoy the transition from still to moving images!
