From Monday to Friday / 2:30pm → 5:30pm
Price: 18€ per child / Package of 5 workshops booked simultaneously: 80€
Number of spots limited to 12 children

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

MONDAY – PLAYING WITH LIGHT
The children explore the principles of photography since the earliest technical discoveries, notably the camera obscura, the starting point for multiple experiments with light that will allow them to make surprising pictures. The afternoon will focus on prisms, color filters and light painting.

TUESDAY - AN IMAGINED WORLD
Role playing to stage a photograph! The children step into the shoes of photographers, prop masters and directors to create their miniature dream world using lighting and various techniques, playing with textures, props and printed characters. They have fun while inventing new worlds through little sketches.

WEDNESDAY - THE SOUND OF IMAGES
What if a melody, a sound, a noise became a photograph? In this entertaining workshop, children discover their senses, imagining what is not seen and making it visible. After a few visual and sound experiments, they shoot inventive pictures mixing materials and props, colors and lights.

THURSDAY – MAKING A MOVIE
This exciting workshop introduces children to stop-motion animation in several forms. Outside or inside, life-size or in miniature, they create their own movie scene to surprise us.

FRIDAY – PHOTOGRAPHING WITH THE SUN
The young participants in this exciting, magical workshop will make their own photographic prints. Playing apprentice chemists, they use the sun to reveal the Prussian blue so characteristic of the cyanotype, one of the oldest photographic processes. Each child will take home a print that mixes photography, portraiture, photograms and assemblages to show a strange creature.
