A photographic work can take many forms, use numerous techniques and be freely carried out or subjected to various constraints such as time, space and light. Within this endless range of possibilities, Léa Crespi will guide participants in focusing more or less on the portrait and relying on their sensitivity, meticulousness and successive choices that will lead to a personal, unique result.

The course will aim to draw an idea and, by small touches, give it an atmosphere, meaning, representation and vision. It will be a matter of bodies, distances, faces and what surrounds them: walls, light, matter, tensions, air, etc.

The portrait of the other or of oneself, finding a thread to draw the contours of one's own photograph, building, discarding, choosing, listening, finding the meaning of things.

Going beyond a successful image, the participants will work on creating a whole by alternating shooting, editing and reflection sessions. The photographs will be made into words and phrases to give them meaning and let one's desire show through.
