Press Accreditation
The press accreditation is reserved for journalists who have been commissioned to report on the festival by their editor-in-chief.
This accreditation is issued only on presentation of
a letter from an editor allowing to justify an editorial project on the 2025 edition.
This accreditation is non-transferable and gives access to exhibitions only.
Your application must be submitted online from the press page of the website: rencontres-arles.com at least 48 hours in advance (two working days). No accreditation will be issued on site without prior request from you.
If your application is accepted, the Rencontres d’Arles press office will send you a confirmation e-mail with an attached press e-pass or press e-invitation.
This must be presented at the entrance to the exhibitions on your smartphone or printed on paper.
The Rencontres d’Arles offer two dematerialised press accreditation formats:
- THE PRESS E-PASS, which is nominative and allows three admissions per exhibition venue during the opening week (July 7
th to July 13
th, 2025). Please note that the press e-pass doesn't include access to the screening evenings at the Théâtre Antique.
- THE PRESS E-INVITATION, which is nominative and allows one admission per exhibition venue from July 14
th to October 5
th, 2025.
